Courts
The Beach Haven Tennis Club has the use of 4
courts with the option of using some of the
4 Council courts next door.
All courts have an artificial grass surface.
A key to open the outside gate can be
obtained via our Key Master, Bruce Shepherd,

forms to apply for a key available in the club
house.

Club House
The Club house is locked when there is no
Committee Member or one of the coaches present.
When you are the last to leave make sure that
all windows and doors are closed and locked;
also make sure the gate in the fence is locked.
Club Days
Senior Club Days are currently Wednesday and
Friday evenings at 7PM, and Wednesdays 9:00 AM
to 12 Noon (Mid-week).
On club-days members' guests and public can join
in for no charge for a maximum of three visits,
after which they should become members.
Club members can use the club courts at any time
unless they are booked for interclub or club
nights.
Junior players
Junior players meet on Saturdays at 9AM (juniors
aged 5-10) or at 10AM (11 and up, but
depends on playing ability - ask the coach)
during the summer season for coaching.
We encourage players to be actively involved
with the supervision and coaching of their
children, and parents are required to help on
Saturday mornings at least once over the summer.
Junior Interclub teams start at 10 years old and
run up to the age of 17.
Senior Interclub
Beach Haven Tennis has teams entered in up to 15
grades.
We are also participating in the Winter
Interclub competition.
For the ladies there is the additional
competition in the North Shore Ladies Day Tennis
Association (NSLDTA), matches are played on
Tuesday mornings.
